This is what DEP is for. When the dealer network returns "no longer available," we go to the places no catalog lists: salvage operations, rebuilders, regional dead stock, and machinists who can reproduce a legacy component. Discontinued heavy equipment parts are found, not ordered.

Send whatever identifiers you have — a machine serial, an AR or CPL number, even a clear photo of the failed piece is enough to start.

Sometimes the part is the easy half. Describe the symptom and we will help work out what actually failed — and if the repair needs hands we do not have, we point you to the right specialist instead of selling you a part you may not need.
